HOW MAY WE HELP?  We offer a variety of ways to help you take care of desired, necessary, elective or cosmetic treatment. You may take care of treatment with any of the below listed options.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU   Providing quality, clinical care is our utmost focus.  Whether you are in the office or on the phone, we believe you deserve prompt and accurate service.  We promise to provide each family  with  personal service and we hope it shows.  Please let us know if you ever feel we can improve.  The kindness of your time and opinion will be greatly considered and appreciated.

IF YOU HAVE DENTAL BENEFITS    As a service . . . we manage all claims through our office at no charge and instruct your benefits to reimburse you directly.  If you prefer to manage your own benefits, we will provide you with a claim at the end of each visit.  We are a private and highly personalized dental team who considers only your child’s best Dr. Liu and Dr. Ponce when making treatment recommendations. We promise that your benefit guidelines or limitations will never affect the information you receive.

PAYMENT SUPPORT & OPTIONS

  • PAYMENT IN FULL to complete recommended treatment as soon as possible. Treatment is scheduled and confirmed in advance.

  • PERSONAL BANK CARDS are welcome. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

  • EXTENDED PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS  through our PATIENT FINANCIAL SERVICES. (More details below) All paperwork managed through our office. We also offer NO Dr. Liu and Dr. Ponce options.   We sincerely hope this option gives every family the opportunity to take responsible and timely care of their children.  (Payments may be as low as 50.00 to 100.00 a month).

  • PHASED TREATMENT  If necessary we can plan your child's treatment over time so the amount to be paid is separated into affordable portions. Each phase may be paid according to any of the above options. Please know that delaying treatment may advance conditions and require additional treatment expense.

  • IF YOUR CHILD REQUIRES MONITORED SEDATION   Unless other support options have been arranged, we kindly request half of the estimated treatment be paid in advance to confirm TREATMENT. The remaining balance can be paid the day of treatment. - If an anesthesiologist is recommended, there will be an additional fee collected by them directly.  Dr. Adams and Dr. Sam believe it is imperative we work together to make sure children have positive dental experiences.  Our recommendations for monitored anesthesia allow us to treat your child without them having any memory of the experience.   Of course, whenever we believe your child can have a pleasant or neutral dental experience, we prefer to merely use standard LOCAL ANESTHESIA.  

  • DELTA DENTAL or BLUE CROSS If your benefits are through Delta Dental or Blue Cross, we request your estimated portion at each treatment visit with the understanding that you will take care of any services they will not cover.

OUR SUPPORT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO INSURE TIMELY CARE.     As you know . . . delaying treatment may advance conditions and require additional treatment and avoidable expense.

We believe that good communication is the foundation to building long range, successful relationships. Prior to beginning any treatment, we encourage your  questions.   There is no such thing as a silly question.  PLEASE ASK!                  YOU WILL FIND EVERYONE ON OUR TEAM EAGER TO HELP.

EXTENDED PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS -  All paper work is personally managed by our Administrative Supervisor, Anne Goodwin. 

BENEFITS TO YOU  You are never faced with the decision of possibly delaying recommended or preventive dental care to your children because of the immediate or untimely financial demands of your family budget.

HOW MUCH WILL MY MONTHLY PAYMENT BE?  You do not need to worry about paying each time your children have preventive care or recommended treatment.  You simply use the PATIENT SERVICE CARD each visit and receive a monthly statement from them requesting a minimum payment of 3% of the present balance.

HOW MUCH WILL MY INITIAL PAYMENT BE?   Nothing!  Once you are on the service you will not be asked for additional money in the office unless your child's treatment exceeds your SERVICE LIMIT.

IS THERE AN ANNUAL FEE?   Never!!   (We pay a fee for this service).

WILL I HAVE TO PAY A MONTHLY SERVICE FEE?   NO . . . Not if you chose the Dr. Liu and Dr. Ponce FREE OPTION.  You may select from three programs depending on your total treatment fee.  NO Dr. Liu and Dr. Ponce options.     

3 Months - 300/699.00     6 Months - 700/999.00    12 Months - 1,000+

HOW CAN THE COMPANY DO THIS?   The office pays a service charge when treatment begins and incur no service charge providing the balance is cleared in the agreed time period.  (Please be aware that there is a 1.87% monthly fee on the average balance each month you exceed the above time frame.)

WHEN WILL I INCUR A FEE?   A service fee will be incurred under $300 and if the above amounts are not cleared within the allotted time.

CAN I USE THE SERVICE?  Almost!  The company we have selected to provide this service believes that people who routinely provide preventive healthcare for their family are generally trustworthy.  Although, we find  occasionally some of their guidelines do not make it possible for everyone to use the service, most of our families can. 

WHAT ABOUT MY DENTAL INSURANCE BENEFITS?   We always process  claims for you and instruct your carrier to mail benefits to your home.
